No. The consultation is free and there’s no pressure to book anything. It’s a chance to ask questions, understand your options and decide in your own time.

Yes, always. My approach is to maintain faces rather than change them, so if something isn’t right for you — or you’re better off waiting — I’ll say so. Sometimes the best advice is ‘not yet’.

Safety comes first in everything I do. I’m a GDC-registered clinician and I run the Facial Excellence academy — meaning I train other professionals — and every treatment is planned around your health history at a face-to-face consultation.

That’s the opposite of how I work. The aim is always natural, balanced results — refreshed, not frozen. We agree the look together and build gradually rather than overdoing anything.

Yes. Wrinkle-relaxing injections use a prescription-only medicine, which can only be prescribed after assessing you in person — so they always begin with a consultation, and we plan them carefully around your face and goals.

A calm, unhurried appointment. We’ll recap your plan, answer any last questions, and only go ahead once you’re comfortable. Most treatments are quick, and I’ll talk you through each step.

It depends on the treatment — many have little to no downtime, while some involve mild swelling, redness or flaking for a few days. I’ll always tell you what to expect beforehand so there are no surprises. Individual results vary.
