Thread lifting has earned a lot of attention in recent years, and for good reason — it can restore definition and a lifted look without surgery. At Lisa Moore Therapy we offer two routes: a non-surgical thread lift for genuine lift, and beauty or mono threads to refine skin texture and tone. All thread treatments are carried out in CQC-registered premises, and individual results vary.

A thread lift is a non-surgical procedure that uses fine, absorbable threads placed beneath the skin to lift and support the tissue. We divide the treatments we offer into two categories: a non-surgical thread lift for visible lift, and beauty or mono threads, which work more gently to improve skin texture and tone. The right approach depends on your face and what you want to change, so everything begins with a consultation.
The threads are introduced beneath the skin, where they gently reposition and support the tissue to create a lifted appearance. Over the following weeks they also encourage the skin’s own collagen response, which can add firmness over time. Because each face is different, your treatment is planned around your features rather than a fixed formula.
Your treatment takes place in CQC-registered premises, where comfort and safety come first. You may notice some tenderness, swelling or mild bruising afterwards, which usually settles within a few days. Results develop gradually and are long-lasting rather than permanent; we’ll talk through how long you might expect yours to hold and whether a refresh is worth considering later.
Everything starts with a face-to-face consultation, so we can assess your skin, discuss your goals honestly and recommend whether a thread lift, mono threads or a combination suits you best. We’ll be clear about what threads can and can’t achieve, and whether another treatment might serve you better. Individual results vary, and we’d rather set the right expectation than oversell one.
