Prescription-only treatments need a separate face-to-face assessment with our independent prescriber (£30) before anything is booked.
What the consultation is for
Lines come from a mix of expression, skin quality and lost volume, and which of these is behind yours decides what will actually help. We start with your medical history and what you would like to change, then look at your skin properly. As a practitioner who also trains other professionals, I plan conservatively and will tell you if the honest answer is to wait or to do less.
Options we may talk about
There is rarely only one route. Depending on your skin and your goals, we may discuss:
- Skin boosters and polynucleotides to improve skin quality
- Dermal fillers for lines that show when your face is at rest
- Chemical peels and microneedling to retexture the skin
- A prescription-only treatment, only if our independent prescriber finds it suitable after assessing you face to face
How it works
Your consultation with me is free when you request it through this website, and there is no obligation. If a prescription-only treatment might be right for you, you also see our independent prescriber, who assesses you in person and decides whether it is appropriate. That assessment is booked separately and costs £30. Nothing is decided on the day unless you want it to be.

What happens at the consultation?
We go through your medical history, talk about what bothers you and why, and look at your skin. You leave with an honest view of your options, and you decide in your own time. Individual results vary, so we talk about realistic expectations too.
Is there a cost?
Your consultation with me is free when you request it through this website. If a prescription-only treatment is being considered, the separate face-to-face assessment with our independent prescriber is £30. Booking online through our booking system carries a £20 booking fee, which comes off the price of your treatment if you go ahead.
Why do I need a consultation first?
Because every option works differently and not every face needs treatment. Prescription-only medicines can only be prescribed by a prescriber after assessing you in person, and every plan is built around your health history and goals, never rushed.
Who can have treatment?
Treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. Please bring details of any medication and medical conditions to your consultation so we can keep you safe.
